SmartCopilot bugfix 3.1.4

SmartCopilot 3.1.4 allows the usage of different sceneries for Master and Slave. No more unintended aircraft crashes caused by different earth levels!

Also, the new version brings a couple of changes allowing formation flights with SmartCopilot. Formation flights are a new use case for the plugin! I will write about it in a separate post.
